Privacy Policy

Tevix ("the app") is a media player for iPhone and iPad. It does not provide any content and has no user accounts. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app and this website.

Data we collect

None. Tevix has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party SDKs that collect data and no servers of its own. We do not collect, receive, sell or share any personal data.

Data stored on your device

• The playlists you add: name, M3U address or file, and for Xtream accounts the server, username and password, plus the channel list read from them.
• Player preferences: audio language, subtitle language and subtitle size.

This data is kept in the app's private storage on your device and is never sent to us. It may be included in your device backups (iCloud or computer) according to your own device settings.

Deleting your data

Swipe a playlist on the Playlists screen to delete it together with its channels and credentials. Uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from your device.

Network connections

Tevix connects only to the addresses you enter or that your playlist contains: playlist servers, stream servers, channel logos and subtitle files. Those servers are operated by third parties, who receive your IP address and the requests needed to deliver the content, as with any internet connection. Their own privacy policies apply. We have no control over or access to that traffic.

Apple

If you choose to share crash reports and analytics with developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated crash and usage information. Apple's processing is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

This website

tevixapp.com uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and operation. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Children

Tevix is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.
